Email supportGetting started
3 articlesFrom the homepage, "Free trial" button, or directly at app.html#register. You just need your name, your shop's name, an email and a password — no credit card. Your trial lasts 14 days.
It's not self-install: when you sign up, your request gets logged and our team reaches out to coordinate the trial and the installation at your shop.
Autonexo has three separate logins: your billing account (here, at app.html), the shop dashboard your team uses day to day, and the portal where your own customers see their vehicles and orders. If you signed up from this page, you created your billing account — access to the shop dashboard is provided by our team during installation.
Account, API key & plans
5 articlesIn your dashboard, on the "API Key" card. It's hidden by default — use the eye icon to reveal it and the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
The previous key stops working immediately. Update any system using it before regenerating to avoid breaking a production integration.
Pick the plan you want on the "Available Plans" card in your dashboard. This doesn't charge you or change anything automatically: it logs your request so our team can reach out and coordinate the change.
Password reset isn't self-service yet. Email us at [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll verify your identity to reset it.
No. You get 14 full days of access without entering any payment method.
Daily shop use

The inventory module triggers an alert when a part drops below its configured threshold, visible in the shop dashboard.
Yes, and the per-technician productivity report is built from those assignments.
No — it's always a suggestion. No AI output is saved to a real record without your team explicitly confirming it.
Your customer portal
3 articlesWith a name, phone number and password — it's a completely separate account from your staff's access, so they never see the shop's internal dashboard.
Yes, and it leaves a digital signature and a record of who decided what and when.
Yes, they can view the invoices for their own work orders.
Security & data
3 articlesYou can turn on an extra step at login (a one-time code or facial verification, depending on how you configure it) for your staff accounts.
Yes, your installation generates automatic backups on a regular schedule, and keeps an extra copy right before any restore.
Yes, sensitive actions (deleting a customer, logging a payment, changing a status) are kept in an internal audit log with who and when.
Troubleshooting
4 articlesCheck that outbound email (SMTP) is configured on your installation — without it, alerts still show up in the dashboard but not by email. Also note there's no SMS or WhatsApp channel to the end customer yet.
This is almost always an unpaid invoice that went past the grace period. Email support and we'll review it with you.
It's most likely that the AI provider key isn't configured on your installation yet. Contact us and we'll check it.
First confirm the gateway credentials are configured correctly. If it keeps happening, email us with the order number — every payment has a unique identifier, so we can trace it without double-charging.
